Ingredients
5 big potatoes
2 carrots
1 scallion
1 onion
1 liter vegetables stock
1 bay leaf
2 Tbsp parsley
1 tsp dried marjoram
nutmeg
salt
ground black pepper
2 Tbsp olive oil
3 wiener sausages
2 garlic bread
Steps
- vegetables preparation: Peel the potatoes and carrots. Cut them into cubes.
Chop the onion, scallion and parsley.

- Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and stir until it turns translucent.
Add the scallion, potatoes, carrots, vegetables stock and bay leaves in to the pot; cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.

- Remove the bay leaves from the pot.
Add the parsley and marjoram.

- Set your machine to puree or grind and begin to mash the vegetables.
Once you vegetables pureed, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste.

- Slice the wiener sausages and transfer to the pot.
Serve immediately with some garlic bread.
