this pancakes may be served at any time of the day with a variety of toppings or fillings including jam, fruit, syrup or meat. It’s very simple and easy to make. In this recipe i use mascarpone cheese, but you can substitute with yogurt.

Heat a large non-stick pan over medium. Fold a sheet of paper towel in half and moisten with butter. Rub carefully the pan the butter. |
