Pasta with ground meat, zucchini & tomatoes

minutesA great recipe for summer and autumn seasons. Zucchini, tomatoes and the ground meat create very delicious combination.
Ingredients
500 g ground pork
1 chopped onion
2 Tbsp tomato paste
350 g zucchini
400 g tomatoes
200 g creme fraiche
1 tsp chilis
1 tsp smoked paprika
salt
ground black pepper
1 tsp sugar
2 Tbsp olive oil
300 g macaroni
Steps
- Dice the zucchini and tomatoes, set aside.


- In a large pan preheat over medium high, cook the ground pork with olive oil until cooked through.
Add the chopped onion and let it cook for 5 minutes.

- Add the tomato paste and stir well.
Add diced zucchini and tomatoes. Sauté for an additional 3 minutes.

- Add the creme fraiche, dried chilis, smoked paprika and sugar.
Simmer and stirring occasionally, until the sauce is slightly thickened, about 15 – 20 minutes.
Season with salt and black pepper.

- Meanwhile cook macaroni in a large saucepan of boiling salted water, according to package instructions or until macaroni is tender.
Drain the macaroni and toss with sauce.
Serve immediately.
