Chicken Pasta with Cream & Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
500 g chicken (chicken breast)
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 chopped onion
2 cloves sliced garlic
150 ml vegetables stock
1 sliced scallion
2 cups cooked egg noodles
150 ml heavy cream
2 Tbsp cranberry sauce
Steps
- Cook the egg noodles or any pasta you like according to package instructions.
Pat dry the chicken breast and slice them thinly into strips.
Season with salt and pepper.

- Preheat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and stir until fully cooked through for 3-5 minutes.
- Add chopped onion and sliced garlic. Stir and sauté until the onion turns translucent.
Pour the vegetable stock into the pan.

- Add the sliced scallion and cooked egg noodles.

- Whip the heavy cream until it has doubled in volume and forms a stiff peak.
Serve the chicken pasta with whipped cream and top with a tablespoon cranberry sauce.
