Ingredients
5 potatoes
50 g melted butter
1/4 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp garlic (garlic powder)
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp dried basil
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
200 g sour cream
Steps
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
Insert a skewer lengthwise through the center of each potato.
Cut it in a spiral pattern all the way down to the skewer.
Stretch the potato down the skewer. Repeat with the other potatoes.

- In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, rosemary, garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, basil, salt and pepper.
Brush butter mixture onto all parts of the potato – outside and inside.


- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Turn the skewers every 15 minutes.

- Serve the tornado potato with sour cream or any dip you like.
