500 g pumpkin
100 g palm sugar
100 ml coconut milk
500 ml water
2 pandanus leaf
a pinch of salt
Anweisungen
- Peel the pumpkin and cut into pieces, set aside. Boil the water, palm sugar, knotted pandanus leaves and pinch of salt in a large pot.
- Add the pumpkin and cook over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes or until the pumpkin are tender. Turn low the heat. Pour coconut milk and stir frequently for another 10 minutes.
- Serve immediately or at room temperature.
