A great recipe for summer and autumn seasons. Zucchini, tomatoes and the ground meat create very delicious combination.

Ingredients

  • 500 g ground pork

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 2 Tbsp tomato paste

  • 350 g zucchini

  • 400 g tomatoes

  • 200 g creme fraiche

  • 1 tsp chilis

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • salt

  • ground black pepper

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

  • 300 g macaroni

Steps

  • Dice the zucchini and tomatoes, set aside.

  • In a large pan preheat over medium high, cook the ground pork with olive oil until cooked through. Add the chopped onion and let it cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add the tomato paste and stir well. Add diced zucchini and tomatoes. Sauté for an additional 3 minutes.
  • Add the creme fraiche, dried chilis, smoked paprika and sugar. Simmer and stirring occasionally, until the sauce is slightly thickened, about 15 – 20 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.
  • Meanwhile cook macaroni in a large saucepan of boiling salted water, according to package instructions or until macaroni is tender. Drain the macaroni and toss with sauce. Serve immediately.
