This honey mustard glazed salmon recipe is very recommended for your busy weekdays. It takes only 25 minutes and your dinner is ready!

  • 2 (6 oz) salmon (fillet)

  • 1 clove garlic (minced)

  • 1 Tbsp dijon mustard

  • 1 Tbsp honey

  • 2 tsp brown sugar

  • salt

  • ground black pepper

  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil

Anweisungen

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius. Meanwhile in a small bowl whisk together the minced garlic, dijon mustard, honey, brown sugar and set aside.
  • Season the salmon fillets with salt and ground black pepper both sides. Add the vegetable oil into a non-stick pan and let it get a high heat. Place the salmon skin-side down to get crispness, cook it for about 3 minutes then flip it over and cook it for another 3 minutes.
  • Transfer the salmon in a baking dish and generously brush both sides of the salmon with the mustard mixture. Pop it in the oven 200°C for about 8-10 minutes.
  • Remove salmon from the oven and then serve with some crisp pan-fried potatoes or with brown rice and some steamed veggies.
