minutesAutumn is coming now and this delicious fresh peach cobbler can still give you a touch of summer warmth. – Try it with vanilla ice cream.
Zutaten
500 g peaches
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
50 g sugar
115 g butter
125 g flour
150 g sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
180 ml milk
Anweisungen
- Peel and slice the fresh peaches into thin wedges. Meanwhile Preheat the oven to 175°Celsius.
- Put the unsalted butter in to a baking dish around 20x 30 cm and pop up in the oven until the butter melting and set aside.
- Peach mixtures: Add fresh peaches, lemon juice, cinnamon and sugar into a saucepan and bring into boil. Turn off the heat and set aside.
- Batter mixtures: Mix all together the dry ingredients ( flour, sugar, salt, baking powder) in to a large bowl. Make a hole in the middle, then put the egg and milk. Stir slowly and mix it until all well combine.
- Pour the batter mixtures over butter but don’t whisk them. Just let the batter going over all the baking dish.
- Spread the peach mixtures over the top on the batter and do not stir.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve it with vanilla ice cream when it still hot.
