2 tsp lemon juice

115 g butter
125 g flour
150 g sugar

1 egg
180 ml milk

Peach Cobbler

Peel and slice the fresh peaches into thin wedges. Meanwhile Preheat the oven to 175°Celsius.

Put the unsalted butter in to a baking dish around 20x 30 cm and pop up in the oven until the butter melting and set aside.

Peach mixtures

Add fresh peaches, lemon juice, cinnamon and sugar into a saucepan and bring into boil.
Turn off the heat and set aside.

Batter mixtures

Mix all together the dry ingredients ( flour, sugar, salt, baking powder) in to a large bowl.
Make a hole in the middle, then put the egg and milk.
Stir slowly and mix it until all well combine.

Pour the batter mixtures over butter but don't whisk them. Just let the batter going over all the baking dish.

Spread the peach mixtures over the top on the batter and do not stir.

Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve it with vanilla ice cream when it still hot.
