1 clove garlic minced
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
1 Tbsp honey
2 tsp brown sugar
salt
ground black pepper
1 Tbsp vegetable oil

Honey Mustard Glazed Salmon

But don’t worry, with this magical sauce makes the fish so crazy delicious and i’m sure this recipe can turn a fish-hater into a fish-lover.  And again, this honey mustard glazed salmon recipe is very easy. It can be prepared up in just 25 minutes and will impress your beloved one.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius. Meanwhile in a small bowl whisk together the minced garlic, dijon mustard, honey, brown sugar and set aside.

Season the salmon fillets with salt and ground black pepper both sides.
Add the vegetable oil into a non-stick pan and let it get a high heat.
Place the salmon skin-side down to get crispness, cook it for about 3 minutes then flip it over and cook it for another 3 minutes.

Transfer the salmon in a baking dish and generously brush both sides of the salmon with the mustard mixture.
Pop it in the oven 200°C for about 8-10 minutes.

Remove salmon from the oven and then serve with some crisp pan-fried potatoes or with brown rice and some steamed veggies.
