German fried cheese balls
or known as Quarkbällchen is a traditional German snack and similar to donut. The texture inside is so fluffy and soft. There are many bakery in Germany that sell this fried cheese balls, and also easily can be found in the Christmas Market. I love to eat them when still hot, but of course still delicious at room temperature.
Note : you can use cream cheese instead of quark.
