Country Style Fried Potatoes
are flavored with basic seasonings and they are perfect to serve with a hearty breakfast or brunch. The potatoes are fried to perfection with onions and seasoned with paprika, pepper, rosemary, oregano and basil. It makes this side dish excellent companion for the main dinner as well. An easy and tasty way to serve potatoes, but you have to make sure the potatoes are cooked and cooled before going to the pan. I love this side dish because it has smoky onion taste. So, sometimes I just let it in the pan a little bit longer to get more crisp on the edge.
