Baked Tornado Potatoes
also called twist potatoes are a popular street food in South Korea. It is a deep fried spiral-cut whole potato on a skewer, brushed with various seasonings such as onion, cheese, or honey. In this recipe, I bake my potatoes instead of deep fried, so they are a little bit guilt free. This is really a fun way to make your side dish or snack time become more cool and they aren’t too difficult to make. The special spiral cut has full of that melted garlic butter flavor. For me, they are loaded of perfection just in one bite. So, what are you waiting for? just go for it and get down with the swirl!
Note :
You can use metal or bamboo skewer. If you use wood/bamboo skewer, be sure to soak them for 30 minutes before using so they don’t burn in the oven.
