Ingredients

2 egg
2 Tbsp sugar
a pinch of salt
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup mascarpone cheese you can use yogurt
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp maple syrup

Pancakes

this pancakes may be served at any time of the day with a variety of toppings or fillings including jam, fruit, syrup or meat. It’s very simple and easy to make. In this recipe i use mascarpone cheese, but you can substitute with yogurt.

In a medium bowl, beat the eggs with sugar and salt for about 3 minutes.
Add the milk, yogurt, flour, baking powder, baking soda and whisk together until well-combined.

Heat a large non-stick pan over medium. Fold a sheet of paper towel in half and moisten with butter. Rub carefully the pan the butter.

Add 1/4 cup mixture per pancake and cook until the surface have some bubbles for 1-2 minutes.
Flip the pancake carefully with a spatula and cook until brown on the other side.

Transfer to a plate and cover loosely with aluminum foil to keep the pancakes warm.
Repeat with the remaining mixture
Serve with maple syrup and extra butter.

Hi Stephanie ☺I made this pancakes yesterday for my family. I used yoghurt instead of mascarpone, and it was really tasty and my family really loved them so much! Thank you ❤
